Fishing on West Grand Traverse Bay remains excellent. Limit catches of Lake trout have been taken while trolling the banks sometimes shallow, sometimes a little deeper with cowbells and spin-n-glo baits and flashers and spin-n-glo baits. I’m getting last week’s fishing report in a couple days late and I apologize for that. Fishing this past week continue to be the same as the previous week. The lake trout are up on the flats in pretty good numbers off the port of Leland and they have also gone shallow onto the banks… Read more »
